Company Claim Process

The company cards in this directory originally all come from public information organization. Claiming means the company itself comes to confirm it is theirs, and then self-maintains main equipment, capacity, certifications and contact info — when buyers see 「claimed」, they know the info is confirmed by the company itself.

01 HOW IT WORKS
Five Steps to Complete Claim
Free throughout; materials only used for verification, not public, not shared.
  1. 01 Find Your Company Search for your company card in the directory — info from public sources and company self-reports.
  2. 02 Submit Claim Application Fill in contact person, phone, upload business license or work badge etc. that can prove 「you are from this company」.
  3. 03 Platform Verifies Identity Manual material check + phone callback (usually 1–2 business days), materials only used for verification, not public.
  4. 04 Hang 「Claimed」 Badge Profile hangs green 「claimed」 badge: buyers know info confirmed by company owner.
  5. 05 Activate and Login Backend Platform issues activation link → set login password → after that use 「phone + password」 to login enterprise backend, self-maintain main equipment, capacity, certifications and contact info.
02 SIGN IN
After Claim Passes, How to Login and Maintain?
One-time activation, then login with phone + password — no need to save long links.
  1. 01 Receive Activation Link After claim review passes, the platform sends an activation link to the claimer (this link only you can use).
  2. 02 Set Login Password Open the link, confirm claim phone number and set password (at least 8 chars, with letters and numbers); can bind email for password recovery later.
  3. 03 Login to Company Backend Anytime After that login with 「phone + password」, enter 「My Company」→「Enter Profile Maintenance」, changes take effect immediately, source labeled 「Company Self-reported」.

What's the Difference Between Claim and Registration?

Registration: Your company is not yet in the directory — submit company info, after verification listed in directory.
Claim: Your company is already in the directory (listed from public info) — claim it, confirm ownership and get maintenance rights.

Both are completely free, neither requires payment, and neither affects display order: this site has no bidding rankings, no paid top positions, no 「pay to be first」.

FAQ

Does claiming cost money? No. Any charge in the name of 「claim fee / certification fee / ranking fee」 is unrelated to this site.

What materials to prepare? Business license photo is most direct; work badge, business card, company email, corporate phone can also help verify. Materials only used for identity verification.

How long to pass? Usually 1–2 business days; clear materials and callable phone will be faster.

Can others modify info after claiming? No. Company info only has two sources: public info organization, or company itself submitting via management link; both are labeled with source.

What if card info is wrong? After claiming, modify directly in management page; if not claimed, first submit via registration/correction form, we verify and correct.

First step is to find your company card: search company name in directory, or browse by product, township, cluster. After finding, click 「Claim This Company」 on the right side of the card.
